TUDOR Black Bay Harrods Exclusive - Ref. M79230G-0001 Exclusivity & vintage references The Reference M79230G-0001 is one of the few modern Tudor models with significant collector's potential, thanks to its exclusive distribution via the London department store Harrods. The most striking feature is the bezel inlay made of anodized aluminium in Harrods green, a color that also recurs at the tip of the second hand and in the depth indication lettering. A detail for connoisseurs: the depth indication is printed „Feet First“ (660ft : 200m) - a direct homage to historical Submariner references. The 41 mm stainless steel case combines polished and satin-finished surfaces and dispenses with the crown guard, underlining its proximity to the „Big Crown“ era. The riveted steel strap (Riveted Bracelet) completes the retro aesthetic both haptically and visually. Manufacture caliber MT5602 Technically, the Black Bay operates at the most modern level. The built-in Manufacture caliber MT5602 was developed by Kenissi and is COSC-certified. It offers a Power reserve of 70 hours („Weekend-Proof“) and is equipped with an amagnetic silicon balance spring. The balance bridge with double fixation ensures high shock resistance. The solid case back bears the special engraving of the Harrods edition together with the individual serial number, which further guarantees the provenance of this unworn example from 2022.
