I really like this sink and I’m happy with my purchase, but it has some downsides. The main one is the almost complete lack of useful instructions and only includes a template that doesn’t work for over mounting, which is by far the most prevalent type of sink mounting. But the cutting board and drying rack are fantastic, the cutting board is especially so. It looks good, functions well, and gives you more counter space (something I was in dire need of). It’s worth the cost and could be truly great if it had better instructions and an included template for overmounting. It also needs thread sealant around the drain threads, but they’re no surprise there. Lastly, if it isn’t draining properly make sure that both inclided o-rings are on the underside of the sink’s fittings, not on top of it in the basin.Pros:• The built in cutting board• Aesthetic• Drying rack• Quite deep and wide for such a small footprint• Counter space• Included fittingsCons:• Incorrect, unclear, and incomplete template (even when used for undermounting it still is outdated and talks about parts and pieces that aren’t even included in the set).• Lack of clear instructions• Needs thread sealant to prevent slow leak around fittings.
