I needed a nail gun drive 1.25″ nails to fasten around 40 sheets of .25″ underlayment.My first instinct was to rent, but the cost to buy this gun was less than the cost to rent for how long I needed it.This was much less expensive than the other choices and since it is likely to be shelved for quite some time after this job I didn’t want to spend any more than necessary.The gun has worked flawlessly and out of 14,000 nails, no jams or skips. Impressive.Easy to load and shoots as fast as you wantTruthfully, I expected to hassle with it and nurture it through this job as a disposable tool, but it has been probably the best performing nail gun I’ve ever used.Oil it before each use and it will get the job done.If I ever need another nail gun, I’ll look here first.
