Description Flush Horn Cleat 135mm – Cast Stainless Steel Cast 316 grade stainless steel construction, flush mount pull up – push down, horn cleats. Adjustable movement friction, ensures that cleats remain firmly in the up or down position. Supplied with mounting studs, nuts, washers and backing plate to suit 12mm to 50mm thick decks.
